At Kheyooot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Returns and Exchanges Policy ensures a straightforward process for returning or exchanging items.
Return Eligibility
For orders within Bahrain, you may return items within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- the item is in its original condition and packaging (including tags and labels); and
- the item has not been used, worn, or damaged.
We do not currently accept returns outside Bahrain, unless the items are faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Email our customer support team at care@kheyooot.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
- Pack the item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship / deliver the item: Send the return to the address provided in the return authorization. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the items are faulty.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchange Policy
We do not currently accept exchanges outside Bahrain.
If you wish to exchange an item within Bahrain, please follow these steps:
- Initiate a Return: Follow the return process outlined above.
- Place a New Order: After we process your return, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the right product as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- items marked as sale; and
- customized or personalized items.
