Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that external factors, such as customs processing for international orders, as well as busy periods including Ramadan, Eid and other holidays, may cause delays.

All timeframes mentioned at checkout are estimates given by our couriers. The timeframes do not include the production time of the garments. Each garment is made in-house in Bahrain and the timeframes for creating them vary according to its individual tailoring. Please allow us time to perfect your pieces.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.
